The BAME Health Collaborative desperately seeks an independent, free & impartial system – reflecting inclusion, equity & equality, the power to undertake a single investigation into multiple complaints about the same topic, thus avoiding duplication & excessive cost. Neutral arbiters to standardise the NHS process for referrals.
