Account for covid19 symptoms treated people in hospitals v positive diagnosed asymptomatic patients in hospitals receiving treatment for other reasons.

The current reporting raises unnecessary fear in the population and on the flipside gives huge ground to conspiracy theorists etc who blatantly breach all rules. Our system should be able to accurately report who is specifically being treated for Covid19 versus people in hospital tested positive with no symptoms and treated for other reasons. Same for ICU. Confidence in any data supplied by the government at present is dwindling by the second. This will help.
