Publish the data for the number of COVID-19 tests carried out in each region weekly. Not just the number of positive test results.

The rates in each area cannot be compared to other areas unless the number of positive test results are normalised by the number of tests carried out. This is simple data analysis and until we have the number of tests carried out in each region we cannot compare one region with any other.
