Let mothers and new parents with children under the age of 3 form a support bubble with one other household.

Postnatal depression is a devastating illness and it would be catastrophic for new mothers to stay in on their own all day whilst their partners work without any support and no social contact at all.

This will help new mothers that need support. Depression in new mothers is so dangerous and they need that support bubble.
