Closed Stop Mil Export Licences to Azerbaijan and Armenia until peace declared.

The U.K. is a major exporter of military technology. There is a risk that U.K. exports to non partner countries will be used in crimes against humanity. I propose the U.K. freezes the export of military materiel to Azerbaijan and Armenia for 12 months

The Government has in its power the control of Export Licences to foreign countries. Freeze immediately the exports to Azerbaijan and Armenia for 12 months. This will show that the U.K. is serious about defence technology being a deterrent rather than being used in active conflicts
