To prevent deaths of people who are extremely clinically vulnerable. Who maybe forced into a position to chose to work without clear shielding guidance for employers or financial aid. To prevent extremely clinically vulnerable becoming hospitalised through Covid 19 and producing a greater burden on the NHS
