Closed Ban cows with calves from being kept in fields with public access

Farmers should be banned from keeping cows with calves in fields with a public right of way, in the same way that certain types of bulls are banned.

There have been serious and fatal attacks caused by cattle with calves where they are kept in fields with public access. The current laws and guidance for keeping the public safe are not sufficient.
