Reopen application pathway of BN(O) to those people whom A) was born between 1979/07/01 and 1997/06/30 and B) access permanent residency of British Hong Kong during the above-mentioned period.

These group of HongKongers, mainly 80s and 90s are raised up with citizenship education and uphold universal values, recognizing themselves HKers largely different to their parent generations. However, because of their parents' political position, their freewills were not respected by ownself when they were children. They should have a chance to retrieve their original nationality when they are adults now.
