* UK Government encourages outdoor exercise. This should include all ages & abilities, not just those who run & cycle
* Covid-19 guidelines have been complied with to date

* Very few or nil cases of C-19 identified at golf, swim & tennis facilities
* Most users travel to above facilities via bicycle, car or on foot
* Most facilities require users to change outdoors. Indoor areas cleaned with a chlorine disinfectant, which kills C-19
* Lakes are exempt but reservoirs are not, putting open water swimmers at potential risk swimming unsupervised
* Ongoing closure equals loss of livelihoods, poor population health & closure of facilities.
