To have the police investigate noise nuisance allegations and light pollution eg security lights instead of Council Environmental health.

Change the way noise nuisance and light pollution is dealt with and view it as anti-social behavior and dealt with by the police. The consideration of mental health implications needs to be addressed, bearing in mind lockdown is exacerbating the issue.
