Closed petition Let airlines allow pets under 10kg in the airplane’s cabin to and from the UK.

Pets are a part of the family, especially for people who live alone. Pets provide a lot of health benefits including decreasing stress and anxiety, help manage loneliness and depression by giving us companionship. They can increase opportunities to exercise, get outside, and socialize.

More details

Loneliness has become a leading concern for middle aged single adults. They can experience depression through both the social isolation associated with being single and living alone and, more significantly, the emotional isolation associated with the strict rules of lockdown during the Covid 19 pandemic.

It is more important than ever to allow people to travel with their pets. Travel rules are changing unpredictably, therefore they want to have their pets with them at all times.
