We’re waiting for a new Petitions Committee

Petitions had to stop because of the recent general election. Once a new Petitions Committee is set up by the House of Commons, petitions will start again.

Closed petition Extend eligibility for MedEx certificates to people with POI who need HRT

I was 14 years old when diagnosed with Primary ovarian insufficiency and told I need to be on hormone replacement therapy until at least 60 years old. I want the Government to extend eligibility for free prescriptions to people with POI who need HRT.

More details

Many people with POI need HRT to receive the correct hormones as well as protection against Osteoporosis. Having to pay for the medication your body actually needs due to no fault of your own is unfair. This should be free.
