Closed Tougher sentencing on all motor vehicle related deaths.

Review current legislation surrounding all deaths that occur due to someone's lack of due care and attention while driving a motor vehicle.

My husband was killed in a road traffic accident. He was on a main highway and a car pulled out on him. The driver in question has been charged with causing death by undue care and attention. If you go out in your vehicle and have a momentary lapse of concentration which results in someone's death, that to me should have stricter sentences.
