Closed Ban excess packaging (eg. plastic wrapped items within more plastic, multipacks)

Ban the sale of products using more packaging than is absolutely necessary. This should include multipacks of individually wrapped items. There can always be deals, such as 6 packs of crisps for £1.50, but we do not need excess bags. Excessive boxes within boxes would also be prohibited.

Excess packaging increases bulk rubbish in homes and waste. More fuel energy getting excessively wrapped goods to stores, homes and tips. Prohibiting excess packaging should have little effect on businesses or the buying experience.
