Rejected petition To encourage firework manufacturers to have a selection of silent fireworks.

To encourage them to work with those who don't like noisy fireworks.
There are a few groups that dislike them. Veterans, Children, OAP'S, Special Needs Groups, and lots of pets as well as wild animals.
Its not about me its all of the above.
Why was this petition rejected?
