Closed Tougher penalties for not paying child maintenance

We feel the Government needs to bring in tougher rules and penalties to stop parents avoiding paying child support.

CSA don’t get the problem solved and it goes on for years them chasing people. In the USA if you owe child support your drivers licence can be revoked and if you are pulled over you can be arrested.
Too many parents don’t pay. I hear this over and over and feel that something needs to be done.
