Closed Allow household mixing in Covid-secure hospitality venues in Tier 2 areas

The hospitality industry spent thousands of pounds making venues, restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes, etc Covid secure. Allow people to socialise within the rule of 6 in Tier 2 areas, in line with Tier 1 areas.

Millions of people and businesses may not survive without a Christmas trade. Millions more could be made redundant, and thousands of units made empty, with businesses unable to pay rents, or utilities. People need to see friends and family during this period. Allow the public the right to choose where and if they socialise with others.
