Reintroduce Capital Punishment for Crimes Against Humanity, including International Criminal Court, Article 7.1.b CAH Extermination and 7.1.e imprisonment of the population. To be tried in a Tribunal in the UK.

I am proud of my MP Sydney Silverman, abolishing hanging in 1965, but these are new times. Capital Punishment should be reintroduced for Crimes Against Humanity. So that never again can government actors kill its citizens and destroy their livelihood.
