Add Tier 4 status areas into the priority for vaccine rollout for Covid-19. At the moment millions of people face Tier 4 restrictions for unknown amounts of time, with mental health, financial health and well-being at risk. Add those in Tier 4 areas on to the rollout plan as a priority.

Millions of people face mental health, financial health and wellness challenges as a result of this sudden and strict Tier 4 system over Christmas. The goodwill of the public is running out and we need to ensure there’s an end in sight. For those who are not elderly, obese or have underlying health conditions, they face another 6-12 months in these conditions if Tier 4 is not lifted until the vaccine. Shorten this by adding Tier 4 as a priority to the national plan for allocating resource.
