Closed Increase funding for 'under cover' outdoor sports facilities during wet weather

Allocate government funding to create outdoor 'under cover' sports space or allow fund-raising and planning changes to allow them to be constructed quickly.

Three base types needed:
a) grass, b)rubber and c)tarmac to facilitate all weather sports facilitates

This would also help morale & mental health during wet & cold weather.

It would encourage outdoor exercise which would reduce obesity and offer other health benefits.

It would encourage outdoor exercise which would reduce Covid transmissions.

Benefit people with lower income as this would be free to hire.

Some sports or hobbies aren't catered for by the council. Such as dog training, skateboarding, outdoor aerobics etc.

Multiple uses: performances, worship
