Ensure the 2021 New Years Honours list exclusively rewards members of the public who have been heroes during the pandemic. It should exclude rich, famous and political appointees.

It is the unsung heroes who have helped, and are continuing to help, their fellow citizens cope with, and get through the pandemic. They do not seek public recognition, and are selfless in their endeavours.
