Closed Make Turing scheme placements available for current academic year

The Turing scheme needs to be finalised without hesitation so that students planning to study abroad are able to follow-through on plans made before the Brexit deal was agreed, and can proceed with placements under the new scheme during the current academic year.

Under 18s could note vote in the 2016 referendum, and are the ones affected by withdrawing from Erasmus+. Having the measures in place to allow for study abroad during the current academic year should help ensure that opportunities and experiences facilitated through studying in Europe will not change dramatically.
