Broadband speeds in 'Heritage Park', Silverdale are unacceptable and insufficient for personal and business needs

Advertised speeds of 1mb/s (actual speeds are usually between 0.1 and 0.5mb/s)

BT openworld can not be contacted to advise on the situation and all ISP's are unable to do anything.

I would like for BT openworld to increase the speed of their broadband service to at least accommodate basic household and business needs
