Closed Prioritise cancelled driving test candidates for rebooking

Dvsa should give people priority in the queue for driving tests If theirs has been cancelled due to covid restrictions or tiers.

This is unfair if not because people have spent a lot of money learning to drive and if its pushed off for a long time they will need to have even more lessons to make sure they remember it all. Furthermore, people need to be able to drive because they are key workers or cant use public transport due to Coronavirus.
