Closed petition Remove the restrictions on singing at funerals

The Government should remove the COVID restrictions on funerals that you cannot sing hymns in respect of the dead while wearing a mask and socially distanced.

The government has allowed students to go to lectures and speak between one another socially distanced and you can talk to members of staff at a restaurant or store with a mask on but you are not allowed to sing hymns at a funeral while wearing a mask and distanced. There are already the rules that you must wear a mask and distance and a limit on the amount of people at a funeral. It is appalling the disrespect the government is having to the people of its country who have passed by doing this.
