Closed Open Art Galleries and Museums in Tier 4

Art galleries and museums are LARGE and highly OPEN SPACES with MAXIMUM social distancing capabilities.
Opening galleries and museums will allow MORE for the UK economy AND will give people something other to do than shop for groceries, thus lowering rising levels of depression and anxiety.

To lower rates of depression in society who literally have nothing to do with their days anymore.
To bring more money to UK economy and maintain some tourism commerce.
To enhance and maintain the cultural richness of London!
