Closed Prisoners Early Release due to new Covid-19 Strain

I would like the government to consider releasing low risk prisoners, due to covid-19 most prisoners haven't been able to see their loved ones. This needs to change prisoners have been forgotten about and something must be done.

Last year we were promised that low risk prisoners would be released however, this didn't happen we need them to be released and come home to their loved ones.
