Closed Extend the expiry date of CBT certificate as lockdown means they cant be renewed

Extend the validity for CBT certificates that are expiring or have expired during Tier 4 or national lockdown.

People rely on the use of motorbikes or mopeds while on L Plates but the CBT certificates expire after 2 years and have to be re taken.

Due to prolonged Tier 4 and national lockdowns it is not possible to take this training as all motorcycle training has been stopped.

There are key workers, NHS workers, couriers, delivery drivers out of work or not able to get to work due to this. Formality of a piece of paper expiring without the users ability to resolve the issue. Extend like the MOTs were
