Closed Early years - support the sector, fund Covid costs and provide regular testing

We are expected to remain open with no support when some parents are too afraid to send their children while schools are closed, so many nurseries are already running at a loss. Early years businesses need support to cover lost income and cost of PPE, and regular Covid testing.

Whilst schools are closed pre-school childcare (0-5yr olds) is advised to remain open. There’s no financial support to support the sector with extra COVID costs. Why is #DFE ignoring early years? Please raise this.
