Closed Mandatory animal breeding license cards and qualifications in the UK.

Please make it law that ALL ANIMAL breeders are to be fully licensed, qualified and vetted by relevant authorities.

I have seen many animals that have been abused and neglected in my current job role.

Too many sick and unhealthy animals are sold to families by breeders. Breeders which have no conscience or care for their actions.

The only way to stop these evil people is to bring into law that all breeders should require a full licence (that needs to be used upon veterinary visits/sales), their premises should be vetted and that they should receive mandatory training.
