Closed Make all retail except from supermarkets and pharmacies click and collect only

I want all retailers except supermarkets and pharmacies (or retailers where food is the majority of their sales), to be closed to the browsing public and made click and collect only.

When in a tier or lockdown, that restricts entertainment, people use retail as entertainment, browsing stores such as DIY and homeware retailers, as they are bored at home. This is not essential. If you are in dire need of anything from a DIY or homewares retailer you do not need to be browsing the aisles, with your families, some not wearing masks, some not wearing them correctly or wearing low quality face coverings. It's risking the lives of the staff working in these retailers.
