Closed Fund free broadband and heating bills during school closures

The Government should fund a payment holiday for broadband and heating for all those home schooling, while schools are closed.

Homes of families are being used to educate children remotely. We have already paid for heating on school sites as well as resources needed for effective education through our taxes. Many are furloughed or now redundant because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Please ease the financial burden.
