Rejected petition Allow learners drivers in England to practice driving during third lockdown

In Wales and Scotland people are allowed to practice there driving as long as it is part of there essential journey. I believe it should be the same in England. My test has now been moved for a third time to March 2021 and need this practice to pass once everything is allowed to continue.
