Closed petition Replace the supply of children's food parcels contract with a cash payment.

In light of the recent failings of the companies chosen to provide food packages to children during home schooling in the pandemic, it is clear they are unfit for purpose.

As a result, the contracts should be nullified and replaced with a direct cash payment to the amount sufficient as to supply enough sustenance to a child, per child, per week. Cash would no doubt be a more dignified approach, and should be the primary choice in order that children who require it, aren't left to hunger.
