The Government should use the proceeds of fines for breaching Covid-19 regulations to fund a bonus for NHS frontline staff.

It is wrong to have this money go into government funds.

It is fair that these funds should be used for rewarding NHS nurses and other frontline staff, many of whom who have faced trauma and medical risk to themselves.
