Restore the traditional counties of England, also known as the historic counties - as described by the Association of British Counties - as Ceremonial counties and Lieutenancy areas.
This need have no effect on the structure of local government and is only for ceremonial and cultural purposes. The issue is a devolved matter in Wales and Scotland.
