The code to legally be extended to legally include Victims of Anti Social Behaviour giving them the same rights as of those effected by criminal process

To give Victims the rights and protection enjoyed by others. Victims of ASB need to feel as protected and cared for as those who go through the Court process and taken seriously with the right of offenders being held to account for their actions
