Rejected petition Extend passed theory test expiry date beyond 2 years due to COVID-19
For those learners that have passed a theory test within the last 2 years to have an extension on its expiry date as almost half of that time available to take the practical test has been wiped out by COVID-19.
More details
It is unfair that a certificate that lasts only 2 years expires during a period where it is impossible to take a practical test, therefore requiring learners to take another theory test.
