Closed Windfall tax on extra profits due to lockdowns to fund a bonus for NHS staff

Supermarkets, online retailers and logistic companies have made extra profit since March 2020, while competing shops and hospitality venues have been restricted/closed by law. We propose a windfall tax on companies that have made excess profits to be used to contribute to a cash bonus for NHS staff.
