Closed Provide grants for energy costs for people who are shielding

We who are vulnerable have to shield, and in the winter this means we are using more gas and electric, but many people who are shielding cannot afford these additional costs, and are having to go without heating. This can lead to the deterioration of health of people who are already vulnerable.

The Government should provide grants for energy costs for people who are shielding, to ensure that they are able to pay for heating in the winter.
