The Government should enact legislation to create new requirements for Public Bodies and Private Companies to consider the following areas when making any decisions: The Environment, Wellbeing, Future Generations, Health, Communities, Sustainable Development.

I am calling for the UK Government to develop new legislation to include a stand-alone set of laws that requires Public Bodies and Private Companies to consider the impact of their operations' footprint on the above areas to ensure a better environment for Future Generations' to come. The legislation should include penalties for failure to consider the areas above when decisions are made.
