Allow golf courses to open under restricted measures.
Single play only, allows exercise and practice, benefits mental health.
Reduced infection risk if single play adopted.

I work in the NHS, i am allowed to do this even though it presents risk.
I can go shopping in supermarkets, even though it presents risk.
I can go walking in a crowded street or park, even though it presents risk.
I cannot go out to play golf on my own even though it presents reduced risk.
Please see sense and allow golf courses to open for single play.
