Theory test centres should be considered essential and open during restrictions for learners to sit their test.

Centres ought to be opened as they been closed already and numerous individuals couldn’t sit their test and numerous of new learns can’t book a test do to low volume of accessibility

Would want the public authority make a move and consider resuming the centeres so students that couldn't sit their tests can sit them and make it easier for new learners to book their test.
