Closed Do not reduce funding for higher education courses such as media studies

The Government has stated that for the next academic year it will slash the taxpayer subsidy for such subjects as media studies, and increase support for strategic subjects such as engineering and medicine. This unfair and should not happen.

What happens to the students that are creative and want to pursue a career in the industry? Without adequate funding for these courses many students will not be able to continue their career paths.

The Government are meant to being looking out for ALL not the FEW.
