Where Gyms and Swimming Pools can provide and can prove COVID safe measures have been instigated allow them to remain open and be classed as essential services. This would allow them to remain open despite whatever lockdown state the government has imposed.

Medical evidence proves the state of the nations health has contributed to the effect of COVID19. If Gyms and Swimming Pools remain open it would allow those who take responsibility for their health & mental wellbeing to continue to exercise safely.
The government have failed to recognise that large numbers of the public are still working and who have to exercise after work in dark and dangerous conditions on unlit streets or who do not have access to parks etc as they are closed at that time.
