Closed Extend CBT validity and maximum engine size to 250cc

The Government should allow riders who have completed Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) 5 years to pass their full moped or motorcycle test, instead of the current maximum of 2 years. CBT should also allow you to drive a moped or motorcycle with an engine size up to 250cc.

Small engine 125cc motorcycles don't always have the power to overtake, putting the motorcyclist in a dangerous position due to no fault of their own. These changes could improve road safety for new motorcycle riders.
