Closed Devolve powers to the Scottish Government relating to drug consumption rooms.

It is important to devolve power to the Scottish Parliament to allow them to set up drug consumption rooms given Scotland's drug death rates. Evidence from other countries shows that such services can greatly help a vulnerable population and be beneficial for society.
