Provide financial assistance to local councils and highways to repair roads immediately when reported. Insist that a more sustainable repair is made and not just filled in temporarily.

The government has a duty of care to all road users ensuring safety and protecting our vehicles. Road tax is paid by all road users, and council tax is paid towards local government to assist with these issues. A government contingency plan would help when local government overspend within their financial year.
