Closed Fund parental leave for self-employed parents equivalent to that for employees

The Government should fund paid leave for self-employed parents, including options to share leave with the other parent, that are equivalent to rights to parental leave for employees.

There is some support available for self-employed mothers who are pregnant for 26 weeks or more, but none for other self-employed parents, including non-biological mothers and fathers.
