Closed Prioritise key workers for theory/practical driving tests

Communicate with the DVSA to prioritise key workers for theory/practical driving tests, helping the country to re-open and allowing these people to get to their place of work. Emergency service workers, shop workers, farmers etc. would all benefit from this (all of which are essential for society)

This was allowed in the first lockdown, but has not been enforced since. This would remove people from the 400,000+ backlog of people waiting and would benefit the country no end
